This is a small, quaint restaurant that is worth the wait. My hubby and I had the grilled pork belly, a mushroom and pasta dish. Everything is fresh made and it appears the menu changes often as it is a farm to table type place. I love pasta and this was one of the best mushroom and homemade pasta dishes I have had. Everything is a sharable plate, so go hungry and order 3-4 things. We split 2 things because we had plans for ice cream later. The music is a little loud but the place is small so it helps drown out the crowd. We were there on a Wednesday and it was packed. I very much recommend. Sorry for the lack of photos. It looked so good I forgot to take them

Really awesome food. Small but mighty wine list. Great vibes generally! Well priced too. While we didn’t love the no reservations, it was relatively fast to get a table.

We had a delightful dinner at Poco last night - lovely service, well-balanced cocktails, and delicious shareable plates of food, in a hip and relaxed atmosphere. Easily the best meal we had during our short stay in Burlington. Highly recommended!!

What a GEM! Atmosphere was fire. We had a short wait for dinner and it was more than worth it. Our drinks were fantastic and the food was so so good. Highly recommend! We had multiple dishes. I asked our server to select one and she added carrot dish. It was yummy! Pork belly was husband's favorite but loved everything.

poco is incredible across the board! my favorite place to eat in Burlington for sure. They usually have halloumi which is always incredible! We got the ribeye and crispy fingerling potatoes and they were phenomenal! Great cocktail and wine list as well

One of the best dinners I've had in Burlington, all the dishes had balanced flavors and good sauces. The cinnamon girl mocktail was great if you love sour things which we did. 50 a person and we each Got a drink. 4 plates was enough for us but 5 for hungrier people.

This place is incredible. It's a true gem of Burlington. We noticed a line up walking by and decided to give it a go. The food is out of this world good. I have rarely eaten dishes that well balanced, nothing was empowering, nothing was hidden and the dishes all had nice strong flavors. The halloumi was balanced with the onions jam so you didn't that the strong salt taste The meatballs were quite spicy but just enough to stay pleasant. The panna cotta texture was just perfectly silky.

This is a super small, first come, first serve restaurant in downtown Burlington. It seats between 26 and 28 people depending on arrangement. They have a menu that changes almost every day, and their drinks are outstanding! My friend and I were extremely lucky to be the last people seated after waiting in line before the restaurant opened. We had grilled broccoli, roasted carrots, pork belly, and lamb ragu. We finished with the rice pudding topper with bruleed sugar - it was the best rice pudding I have ever had in my life. Everything was delicious, and I would definitely love to return, I highly recommend this spot for dinner!
